Currently, I work mostly at my private home studio, which is well equipped with the tools suitable for any facet of recording and production.
Can I do it all here?
Should there ever be a case when my studio cannot completely accommodate a particular project, I am readily prepared to send work out to another facility to fulfill any specific or unique tasks—for your convenience.

The following equipment may also be available. However, to assure that what you need will be on hand and prepared for your session, I would strongly urge you to make arrangements with me in advance.
A recording environment should be inspiring and functional.
Both the control area and tracking room have been carefully acoustically treated.
The tracking room dimensions are: 9'x11'x8'H, and is best suited for the live recording of soloists, duets, and smaller groups. Larger groups can track individual performances separately, or complete live tracking at a larger facility—then bring the tracks here where we can then add overdubs and complete the production.
All work is recorded into the digital domain—using the most advanced software—directly to a custom PC I built and maintain myself, assuring that it is always optimized for recording and processing audio data. Presently, the system is capable of recording 16 tracks simultaneously, and can record and playback a virtually unlimited number of tracks (depending on material and amount of processing on each track).

policiesPlease understand that this is a private studio at a residential location and we must be mindful of the surrounding neighbors. Thus, recording certain high volume instruments (drum kits in particular) is limited to the hours between 10:00am - 8:00pm (certain rare exceptions can be made). Also, please keep noise outside to a minimum. With full access to the lounge, kitchen, and bathroom, sessions here offer all the comforts of home. I welcome you to make use of the amenities available, providing that you observe the following:
Absolutely no illegal substance is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Legal consumption of alcoholic beverages (that you provide for and by yourself) may be permitted. However, there will be no tolerance for improper or belligerent behavior.
No smoking indoors! Please make use of the ashtray available in the smoking area outside.
You are completely responsible and will be held liable for damage or destruction of any equipment, property, furnishings or fixtures.
Please limit the number of guests or visitors (they often create a distraction) and be aware that you will be held liable for their conduct as well.
It will be expected that all areas are left the way they were found. Please dispose of trash in the trash can. Recyclable containers should be collected and placed in a bag on the floor near the rear door of the kitchen area.
Please note: If I feel certain privileges have been abused or that these policies have not been properly observed, I may restrict access to various areas or terminate the session at any time.
